Chip & Kael...

We had a great weekend at Wayne Wonderland with Grandma & Grandpa.

And we came home with a new nickname for our duo of travelers....

"Chip & Kael".

Why, you might ask?

Because Daximus decided to become the little personified teacup from Beauty and the Beast and ate it HARD while running around outside. He is now sporting the biggest, most adorable chipped front tooth you could ever imagine. His gap rivals the size of the Grand Canyon and it makes us laugh to see him cheese it.

The little dude was a champ and became a little ice muncher like Grandma for the rest of the weekend to tend to his fat lip. Well, he rotated amongst ice breaks and four-wheeler rides and feeding the horses. It's a rough schedule but someone has to do it.

Meanwhile, Kaelster, aka, the "Ride Addict" ran his little self silly as he created a literal trail from the back door to the four-wheelers and back.

He asked for a "RIDE"every two minutes and usually got his way amongst the crowd of adults that were busy adoring the little rug rats. On the rare occasion that he didn't he would happily sit upon a four-wheeler or inside the side-by-side to wait for his next unsuspecting victim. It is only a matter of time before these kids are a part of the X-Games.

Does it look like RyGar is a big man on a little four-wheeler? (Sing that line to the familiar tune from Tommy Boy if you will please.) That's because he is. This is one of the little four-wheelers that Grandpa has purchased for his grandsons. They adore it. Who am I kidding, we all do. :)

And though once again our long weekend involved some short naps, a slew of wet wipes and a mama with slightly swollen toes... it was so worth it. To see Grandma and Grandpa, to splash in the red muddy waters of our favorite place and to RIDE into the sunset together with Daddy and to file more moments away in the Favorite Place folder of our memories ALWAYS makes it worth it.

And tonight we are happy and tired and home and content to be here, with our own version of "Chip & Kael"
